Overveiw
Established
in Kenya in 2008, Pioneer’s Training Institute is
training institution which was started by a young
entrepreneur.Mr.Daniel.M.Njoroge. This was inspired
by a need to equip the large number of youths who
graduate from colleges and Universities every year
with adequate skills and training to enable them compete
effectively in the job market as well as run their
own SME (small business enterprises).
Our primary goal is to provide students with high
quality, solid educational and practical foundation
through expert guidance and motivation to meet the
operating standards in an international environment
and help them to advance themselves in their chosen
profession paths. Study and practical programmes are
tailored to meet individual needs of the students
and industry requirements.
Current Developments
We
shave started an E-learning content creation module,
where we have developed KCPE Mathematic interactive
CD, with past papers for revision, with objectives
and worked out solutions. Also on development is a
syllabus digest for 8-4-4 Curriculum .This will help
students and teachers in covering their syllabus and
having multiple questions bank. The project is supposed
to be on due core but funds hinders us from moving
a head.
In addition to this, we offer three Bursaries to students
Orphaned by HIV AIDS to have free training in our
institution. This has been inspired as a result of
increased number of orphans due to HIV AIDS. Majority
are neglected yet they too have dreams, also we have
a Referral program, where student’s fees are waivered
by a certain percentage every time they introduce
another student to the institution
